The 2019-20 returning student online registration window is now open. Please log into your parent portal and complete each step of the registration process, and make certain that you update all of the student data information.
Please note: Any person allowed to pickup your child should be listed under section 1E/Emergency Contacts. This will indicate who is currently allowed to pick up your child or student from school.

The Johnson County Schools Book Bus is now out and about in your community! Kids are loving access to new books to read and enjoy over the Summer break, and the new Book Bus is a huge hit with everyone!

Johnson County High School has completed it's 96th Commencement Exercise, and 129 Seniors have walked across the stage and entered the next chapter in their lives! The 2019 Staff Development calendar has now been posted. This calendar outlines dates, times and locations for upcoming Summer training opportunities that teachers and staff can sign up for to assist them in obtaining their required annual inservice credits. Please keep in mind that this calendar is a work in progress and sessions may be added, retracted or modified as further information is obtained.
Parent involvement is crucial to academic success no matter how old your child is. The Skyward Family Access Parent Portal is a tool for parents to stay informed and engaged in their child's education. The Parent Portal gives parents and guardians access to their child's attendance, grades, and missing assignments. Weekly progress reports are available as well.
This newly passed law provides revisions and updates regrading school attendance, truancy, and discipline.
